What we collect on this website
If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and the option you choose for "I'm joining as" (individual, trainer, gym or business). We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, any health information.
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message.
How we use it
- To send you updates about Root Wellness Labs, our pilot program and our launch.
- To understand whether you're interested as an individual or as a business, so we send relevant updates.
We do not sell your information, use it for third-party advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Service providers
Our waitlist is managed by Mailchimp (Intuit), which stores your email address on our behalf and handles confirmation and unsubscribe links. This website is hosted by Vercel. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Our products and your health data
Our companion models and app are designed to run locally on your device. Health information you enter into the app is intended to stay on your hardware and not be sent to us. If we ever invite you to share data for research or model training, it will be through a separate program that asks for your explicit consent first.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to access or delete your information by emailing sam@rootwellnesslabs.com.
